Breeding Lovebirds:

The best breeding results for African Love Birds are achieved when kept in a colony system. A group of seven or eight pairs requires an aviary(big cage) a minimum of three metres long and one metre wide(6ft height, 6ft wide, 5ft depth). African Love birds may also be breed successfully using the cabinet system, where cabinets no less than 80x50x50cm (2.5ft X 2.5ft X 2.5ft)are recommended.
